Shipping & Return FAQ

Shipping: We take pride in our fast processing and shipping times. 

All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  Typically, it take 4-5 business days to arrive within Canada. No more than 3 weeks overseas.

CANADA POST DELAYS:

Occasionally Canada Post can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on Canada Post part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact Canada Post for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your local post office directly.

All orders shipped outside of Canada can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the Canada charge duties, surcharges or taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees non-refundable.

 

Sometimes, you get your order and it's not what you expected. Hey, it happens! You can return any eligible item to us within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn and undamaged.  Please e-mail us at [email protected] to get the mailing address.  Please note: we are unable to offer item exchanges.
